How to Start a Return

  2. Receive instructions: Our team will provide a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.

  3. Send it back: Ship the device in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals.

  4. Get your refund: Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

What’s Eligible

  • Devices returned within 60 days of delivery.

  • Products in good condition with all original components (device, charging cable, manuals, and packaging).

  • Returns initiated by emailing info@revloa.com for a Return Authorization.

What’s Not Eligible

  • Items with significant damage, misuse, or missing parts.

  • Returns without prior authorization.

  • Shipping charges (original and return) are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Exchanges & Defects

  • Defective or damaged on arrival? Email info@revloa.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.

  • Exchanges are processed as a return + new purchase to ensure the fastest turnaround.

Shipping & Tracking

  • You’re responsible for return shipping (trackable service recommended).

  • Keep your tracking number until your refund is confirmed.

International Orders

  • We currently do not support shipping to international orders.
